    Default earthquake in my car

ok so on fridy i replaced the rear control arm bushes with nylothane and the centre bearing and the vs was a smooth ride once again.. but thne came nite time and it started vibrating a bit on take off thru most gears. so i stopped home and went to sleep.. morning went out for a drive and man my head unit and steering wheel were shaking to shit. so put it up on the hoist and found the big round rubber thing that is in between the tailshaft and the gearbox was torn to bits.. so after sum calling round i got another second hand one for $45 and replaced and she was a smooth ride again... but no hrs later it has started again.. and im too pissed off to even drive my car now or hop in it. can sumone please help me cus i think im just gonna get a new one when 2moro comes and is there suppose to be a proper wa of installing this like damperner rubber thing? if so wat is the proper way? there wuldnt be nothing else causing this to shred. like the uni joint is fine. do you think im better of sourcing a tailshaft and another damperner?

    thanks

did you bolt the center bearing back to the floor properly? there are 2 small spacers that go between the floor pan and the center mount.

yeah for get about the plate for a min, the actual center bearing mount, where the 2 bolts bolt to the body there is 2 small spacers that go between the body and the mount, like a metal ring. Did you put them back in?

where do you work? somewhere with a hoist, so isnt there any mechanics there that could have a look for you??

A bent tail shaft would vibrate like crazy, but you would of had to hit something or ran over something large to bend it.
