Default VR 5L Engine Lift Points?

    hi,
i need to take the engine out of my VR Statesman V8, and i need to know what points to use to lift it out

theres a few bits of metal on the rocker covers but they dont look near strong enough to support the weight...

    any advice is greatly appreciated,
    thanks in advance

there are lift points at the front left and back right that you can use (as you stand infront), they are strong enough to take the weight, or if you leave the headers on and just remove the Y piece you can lift the engine by tying an old seat belt to each side header.
I always use an old seat belt rather than a chain, as chains tend to bend and dent things.
