pretty unhappy.! suspention and o2 sensor help please

ok well my car seemed to be using a shit load of fuel. replaced most other things. still doing it so i got 2 new oxy sensors as im starting tafe soon so i wanna try fix up anything that could go wrong. pull one out black as black gets so change it, the other one came out a little bronzey anyywayy now it seems to use more damn fuel? am i ment to do something other than bolt a new one in and plug it in? lol also change upper control arms ive only done 1 so far casue its been raining but now ive change it theres a knocking when i hit a bump. is there a certin way these need to be installed it might be my spring but before i get back under there i wanna get back under there knowning a little more than what i should do. i used to have a vlt easy peasy to fix anything this thing well yeah i gotta learn a again it seems a little more complicated lol

new coolant temp sensor. 2 new oxy sensors. 3 new coils. new plugs, new leads. no error codes. using 16.4 litres per 100km driving it soft and it keeps on rising. out the road was getting 9 litres per 100km. i cant stress enough how im getting to my speed not too slowly to keep it under too much load. once its at 60kmh i stay there. i am not flogging it is is getting about 190km per tank im out of ideas.

have you tried some premium fuel and injector cleaner? also is ur air filter and MAF clean?

and if your really keen take you trottle body off give it a good clean, and then take the lid off the plenum and do the same
