VS Spac in need of TLC

Hi Guys,

Over the weekend the young guys next door moved out and gave me a Manual VS Spac sedan they had in their back yard, it is in need of some TLC but all in all it will come up ok, they just couldn't be F@#ked trying to get it moved or started. I spent about an hour on her and she kicked over nicely and moved her into my shed....future project here we come.

My question is what is the colour called - its black with a dark green hue?

No it's not Botannica Mica (B148) mate. Have a look at my car, that's Botannica Mica.

It might be Genesis Mica, I know Panther Mica is straight black!

Panther Mica isn't black dude, it's and extremely dark green, black from far

I already have a VY SS in Panther Mica so I ruled that one out, it's not Cherry Black....and its not Brittish Racing Green either, it's a nice Dark Green colour in the sun light and Black in the shade.

I am unable to read the plate on the car due to weather damage so I can help with a Paint Code so if anyone has a VS in the colour could you offer up the colour code and name?

I think you will find it is indeed Panther Mica. My wagon is Panther Mica and it is black in the shade and in the sun a very deep green. Paint code is K009.

Black in the VY is called Phantom Mica.

Hi all,

For those who PM'd me I will take some before photos over the weekend and post them up, she has a good body ( just a few scratches ) and needs the interior cleaned and carpet replaced as it got very wet inside due to the Power windows on the drivers side being stuck halfway up as well as sitting under a bush for nearly 6 months.

The motor and Mech are all in go shape but I will need to replace or re-chrome the 17" that are on the car as they have what looks like a white powery crap built up all over them.

Anyway the boys and I will start to tear her down tomorrow and get her back in shape, I hate seeing nice cars just left to rot or rust when there are people (Holden Fans) like us who can bring them back to life.
