Hey guys,
I've been offered a CRS toyota blower kit for a reasonable price but I have a few questions on the technical side of things.
- Does it fit straight on without any modifications, e.g. relocating coil packs.
- Are there any compression issues such as predetonation once fitted?
- Hows does it stack up to the factory Holden 'charger? On that subject, Why does the factory blower require different heads?
- Anyone got any fuel economy figures for it, both switched on and off?
- Are there any additional components that need to be purchased, such as a different chip or injectors. - note that I'm not chasing bulk power, just a nice little boost.
