Engine Stutter when cold

Hey Guys.

The VR is playing up a little when shes cold.
If you accelerate a bit hard when cold it stutters a little then takes off. When warmed up it goes as strong as the day it was new.
Its not the IAC and throttle body as it has a new IAC and been cleaned.
Replaced 10k or so ago. Leads, Plugs, fuel filter. And just serviced with new oil, oil filter, air filter, Thermo stat & coolant. Cant see how its any as it goes fine when warm

Any ideas that i could try to help? Or it just needs a little warm up as old engines do?

is it ok on fuel economy?

I have a similar problem but only when starting it. But my fuel economy is thru the roof.
