    Default Whiteline sway bar choices.

    Hi All,

    Currently buying all the whiteline gear for my VR

    Car is live axel with;
    Super low Dobi springs
    Shortend rear shocks
    Whiteline Strut brace

    I have brought a adjustable pan hard rod today, along with a new sway bar z link set thing for my front sway bar, which I havent put on yet. It is a 30mm X Heavy duty type.

    What im wanting to know is; will I be ok only getting the "heavy duty 20mm" rear sway bar, and not the "X Heavy duty 22mm" type. The reason I am asking is because the HD one is only $200NZD, and the X heavy duty, well I cant even get it here!

    Hopefully theres people here that can give me some advice if its allright or not

    Search ebay (worldwide+buy it now) and you will find X-heavy duty to your door.

    Can only find front ones, and even then, $100AU to post it is a bit over the top for me.

    where did you look? SAS (shock absorber services) should stock all the whiteline stuff. if they haven't got it they will get it in from Aussie.

    i'm currently awaiting some adjustable top trailing arms for my VN. at the same time he said he'd do the 30mm front and 22mm rear for $300 a piece for me. although i don't wanna go to heavy on the rear as it will make the car extremely oversteery. maybe i'll go 30mm on the front and a adjustable on the rear so i can "tune" the suspension to suit

    BNT, Cousin works there so the discounts are between 40-75% off retail in general. Not to keen on paying top dollar

    Ive got the 22mm on the rear of my vs and its fine, although i haven't done any track stuff so i haven't really done any fast cornering but its fine around town.

    I have no need for adjustable ones as I would never adjust them, it's still very much a street car so no point in that.
