Vr Code 22
94 vr acclaim- Took off my T/B and surrounds to clean and so on- upon putting back together idle was ****ed and car wouldn run. Did it all again and seemed to solve the prob until halfway to work on the freeway @ 100km/h it dropped back to 2nd randomly.
Codes 19-22 came up so replaced TPS with brand new one and still idle starts really high then drops, chokes when u jab accel. Engine light comes on only when it goes past 1200-1500RPM and codes 12 and 22 show up. (12 is A OK and 22 is TPS)
Anyone got any idea's?

and if anyone has a gregorys which has the resistance figures for the TPS and IAC would be great!
faulty TPS or bad connection, test the connection.
connect a test light to the black and yellow wire at the TPS and to 12v+, if no light you have a faulty circuit, if you have light its faulty TPS

Hey Mate, Just checked my Manual.
IAC - Test IAC Coil terminals AB-CD ideally above 40 ohm
TPS is brand new- tried 3 diff ones as well for same result must be the circuit!
