    i have 98/99 VS SS Series 3 ute... wheres the forum for this model? the vr/vs forum only goes to 97

    You're in it. Main production of VS stopped in 97', but they kept producing S3 Statesmans and Utes till about 2000 I think.

    yeah they were still the ute when vt's came out, and nice score i believe they only made 300 vs ss ute's

    yeh i think it might of only bin 100?? yeh only 150 thou on the clock too!

    oh and does anyone know if this model came out with driver air bag? cause mine has a momo wheel on it now and its going over the pits in a few weeks.

    just because you have an airbag doesnt mean you won't die in an accident

    Yep, 2000 was the last year for all VS's

    Yeah it was optional, mine did'nt have one, but i have a sports wheel now anyway. I think the law is, if they come with an airbag wheel, you cannot remove it. If it does'nt have an airbag then you can chuck a sports wheel or whatever you want on there. Thats what i was told anyway.
    If yours came with an airbag, it should say "SRS Airbag" on the bottom of your left hand window.
