Yer, seen people mentioning delco wizard or something, greenfoam etc, when the term "tune" is used is it like a performance tune? whats involved?

it involves contacting one of them with your car details and paying some money and they will send you a chip to swap over on your ecu which has another tune on it. There on this forum or on ebay i believe, i used Dr bob for my last few tunes, he has a order form on his website, memcals.com
