    hello everyone,

i degreased my v6 motor today, didnt do the whole thing just the rocker covers and strut tower panels..

now the car is running like crap, puffing out the exhuast, and it feels like a deisel, doesnt accelerate idle or accelerate smoothly, scared to drive it

    wat are your suggestions?

    cheers

I'd remove the plug leads from each plug and also at each coil and let them dry. Let them lay close to where you removed them from so they don't get mixed up. To hurry things up do this in the sun or rig up a fan to blow air over the engine. You may also have gotten the coils wet but when dry they should be OK.
I'd also pull any connectors in the area you degreased apart and check there is no water there.
    Hope this helps.

If it's running like a diesel, wouln't that be more efficient and you will get more kms per tank

You most likely got some water in where you not suppoed to. As said above, take off the plug leads and let them dry out. If you have compressed air, blow into connectors etc. to any water out.

    well found the problem ppl,

2-5 coil is dead... no resistance at all... put a new coil in and car runs beautifully again

would anyone have any ideas on why this happened? i didnt really get them wet, and there pretty sealed within themselves

Is there a crack in the housing? maybe it was hot and the cold water was enough to crack the housing and allow water ingress.
