Little things to do to a VR/VS with a low budget?

Hey all,

I want to do some things to my VS and I was wondering what little and most importantly CHEAP (defs under $100, under $40 would be awesome lol) things can be done to the car, but that make it a little more unique?

maybe some paint or little thigns to buy for exterior or interior? i dunno?

Ideas and possible price mentioning would be great.
