hey guys!
i had a search around but couldnt find much, possibly because im so lazy
just wondering what the lowest LEGAL king/pedders springs you can put on a stock as a rock VS sedan are in victoria
thanks
Depends mate, on what size rims etc you have.
Lowest legal limit is 100mm at the lowest point. You would be definately fine with superlows, although if you were running 15's, you should even be ok with ultra lows.
as i said, stock everything, so wheel diameter hasnt changed from the hubbys![]()
So yeah would definately be safe with superlows, although I have 19's and superlows and still way legal. You would probably be safe with ultra lows![]()
i really want to go ultra's but i want everything legal.. do you know how many millimetre's each spring takes off the ride height?
Umm Im now 100% but if you have a snoop around on the King Springs site it says there im pretty sure.
I know that SL's take 50-60mm down, and I think UL's are 70-80mm?
your going to be pushing it on ultra lows with stock rims.. i would stick with super lows if you want to stay legal
Mate is the car live axle or IRS?
Front - Supers
Rear - Ultras
looks shmexy!
Super Low's are legal, Ultra lows not usually.
exactly what i want!
and yes IRS i believe

found some nice fine print on the king springs website
"Super Low springs lower vehicle approximately 10-20mm lower than normal Low Ultra Low a further 10-20mm again."
original spec's on a VS say the ride height is 147mm (please correct me if i'm wrong)
so the max ride drop should be 40mm which if just above legal :S
but this seems not to be the case...

I have a 93 VR Exec wagon, im assuming its live axel not IRS, i plan on chucking 17" or 18" rims on, whats the best height for it?
