changing factory side skirting?

is it easy? i dont have a gregorys manual or anything... ive mangled one of mine so i need to change it over.
is it just some bolts or is it some tricky clips or is there any particular knack too it?

just about 6-8 or so screws under the skirts and sikaflexed on.

i rang around and found out its not actually a skirt on the execs but its welded on and you clip the skirts too that part , so im assuming if i want to cover up the damage with some skirts that panel along the bottom would need to be dead straight?
its not far off dead straight now but the paint is scratched right back too the white shit underneath.
