Hi, got an issue with my digital cluster.
The car sat idle for a few months and the battery went flat.
When i put a good battery in it i found that all three of the LCd screens had parts of the numbers not working. i.e. my fuel average is 10.5 and there are sections of the number missing on the '0' and '5'.
The screens aren't bleeding at all, just not working properly.
Is there a fix for it?
Hit me up with some reputation points if i've helped you out! (Star in the bottom left!) Cheers!

That's...Strange. I've pulled my cluster apart right down to the LCD's twice, and haven't had any issues, but I remember that if you put pressure on the foam stuff the LCD segments turned black. Maybe rip it apart, separate the white bit from the screen, then put it back together? 88GreenVN might have a better insight.
I'd say the mount tabs are snapped off which in turn releases the pressure needed for the LCD's to make good contact. Or the LCD is dead. (I have 2 S2 LCD's with missing segments out of 15 VR/VS trip computers - none with bleeds)
I can repair them if all the plastic bits are inside - but once lost the fascia is a gonner to repair. The white fascia plastic can be very brittle and snap very very easy. (I take trade in's)![]()
