    No. The VP box is hydraulically controlled whilst the VR box is electronically controlled. It would just be easier to find a VR box.

    I don't know about the ECU, but the motors are the same so wouldn't take much if it isn't already on the motor to convert the kickdown adjuster thing over.

    Looking at the pic of the engine bay of the one in the thread below on ebay shows it to have the kick adjuster thing...personally I think its doable.
