Default Blowing out Coolant from overflow bottle!

My VS ute is at it again! I got back today from a 90k drive, was getting some fuel at the servo, and seen a heap of coolant coming from the overflow bottle, i checked, and had no pressure in the system( top hose was soft). I went straight to the mechanics, all he could do today was test the Radiator cap, (was good)
Why have i got coolant blowing out the overflow pipe from the Res?
I have no pressure in the system. No signs of any coolant around the valley cover. No water, or white smoke coming from exhaust. Car runs Ok, havnt been far enough yet since, to see how it is.?
Just coolant runs out the overflow, when i turn the car off, and no pressure at all in the hoses.
    Any help?

    Thanks
It was the Radiator Cap. I only replaced it about 2 months ago. I took it off and gave it a good clean under hot running water, went for a drive, and all is good. Holding pressure now.
