Lightbulb VS transmission will it fit??

Hi guys i did a search but could not find the info i need.

    will a 5/95 5HBD fit in place of a 10/96 6HBD there both 13 pin

only thing i found on search was this

    VR 1994 - 4HDD/V6 - 4HBD/V8 first electronically controlled auto.
VR II 1995 - 5HDD/V6 - 5HBD/V8 extra solenoid fitted to provide softer "LOCK UP" torque converter clutch apply.
VS 1996 - 6HDD/V6 - 6HBD/V8 the design of the previously added solenoid was changed and is not backwards compatible with the previous model.
VS II 1997-7HDD/V6 - 7HBD/V8 basically the same as the 1996 unit except the thread size of the cooler pipe unions was enlarged.

    Thanks

Ive never had to buy another transmission and change it over, but from what Ive read on here as long as the transmission electrical connector has the same amount of pins it will fit no worries.

the 5hdd should have a extra solenoid to the 4hdd the 3-2 down shift solenoid, thats what the extra pin is for in the vs 13 pin trans as apposed to the VR 12 pin trans.
