    Default Diff is leaking

Hi I have 95 VS commodore and today walked out to my car and saw a little oil spot at the back of my car where the diff is.

Is this the diff or not and if so is it easily fixed

smell it, its very smelly. have a look at the diff and look for signs of leakage if you cant find anything wipe the whole diff clean and check after the next drive

I wouldn't be worried about a drop or two....if it's worse than that then it's possible the breather is blocked causing oil to be forced past the pinion seal when it heats up. But I'd also do as chrisdoesitbetter suggests. Good Luck.
