wiring harness t5 and getrag

Is there a difference between the t5 and getrag wiring harness? I wan't to convert my v8 auto into a t5 manual and don't know if there is any difference between the t5 and getrag harness. Can some out there give me some info. Any extra info about doing my conversion would also be appreciated.

Just wanted to know if the plugs are different on the patch loom that connects to the gearbox or different on the wiring harness that connects from computer to motor?
