VR idle and hesitation issues

I'm new to owning commos, I'm having some troubles with my wagon it's not idling properly and farts when trying to get revs up. Have already checked motor assembly in back of throttle housing and cleaned and checked TPS I can't remap until I have this problem fixed and ultimately not registered til all fixed. just finished replacing shocks, bushes etc for RWC now just need to diagnose this problem any advice would be very helpful.

Check spark leads, plugs and coils.

Replaced plugs poor car had been neglected before I got it had original plugs still in it cathode were worn down to nubs LOL am going to swap leads and DFI over with other car to trouble shoot electrical side tomorrow

Well after alot of pissing around and diagnosis turns out the fuel pump was on its way out and regulator was flogged LOL thanks to everyone for your help!
