Parcel shelf being a whore!!

right well, the parcel shelf in my vr wont come out? an i know it sounds sstupid but yer i have got the plugs an the bolt out of the top but it seem to like be wendged maybe? like good... or is ther sumthing else im missing out on? please help aha :S

Unscrew the plugs in the child restraint holes then pull the plugs out along the front of the shelf there is 3 and remove plate over the skeet board theres another 2 there then carefully pull the shelf up from one side at an angle being mindful of the window trims as they get very brittle then pull towards front of car. I do these just about everyday as I am an audio installer LOL
