Front strut bearing $$$

I was puttin new front springs and struts but one of the bearings is smashed and the other isnt far of it, sooo how much is a new front strut bearing gunna cost me and where from auto barn??

you should prolly replace the top strut bushes as well if you aren't already doing that.
New bearings and bushes with new stretch bolts for VR/VS cost me just under $200 (i think) from Pedders a month or so ago.
You should be able to get them from Autobarn etc. or even holden as I believe they are the same from VR thru to VE

just the top bearings are about $30 each i think, i got mine from bursons cause autobarn didn't have any in stock

ok thanks for that ill try autobarn and repco and stuff tomorow arvo,

and any ideas on bonnet hinges cuase i think mine are stuffed (note they are all symptoms of a car that lived down a gravel road before i got it)

do you mean your bonnet wont stay up? the struts prob need regassing but i got new ones cheaper off ebay

Strut top with bearing $65 each
Bearing on its own $22 each

yhanks i ordered some from repco not cheap,

na i mean the hinges the back of the bonnet sits to low and you can move it up and down when in the closed postion.
