VS Series 3 ute - Tonneau hook rail cover

Have seen one or two VS III ute's around the various commodore forums that have tonneau hook rail covers, so that the whole area is enclosed and gives it a much straighter look. I haven't seen these in person on any of the older utes, although I know they are almost std from about VY later.

Does anyone know who stocks these or are they customs? How do they attach? Are they modified from the newer gen?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

sheesh didn't know they would be that much ( + paint aswell) has anyone installed them? I assume they bolt straight onto the shroud around the top of the lights?
