Try disconnecting the battery for a minute to clear any codes and to reset everything, then see how it goes. Check the wiring and conector.Ive seen a few aftermarket sensors cause problems. Its better to buy genuine holden parts if you can.Especially when it comes to sensors.

    Just trying this now.

If this doesn't clear the code, would it be a bad TPS, or could it be something else?

    Cheers mate.

Well it could be a faulty ECU but that would be unlikely.Does the error clear after the battery is disconnected. Before you start it again after disconnecting the battery, recheck the error codes to see if it cleared.Id be checking the wiring and connectors at the sensor and the ECU,and also try to get hold of another TPS to try.Maybe borrow a mates one.
