    Default front end conversion

any one know whats involved in converting a vr front end to a vy or vz

Ive seen vn's with newer front ends and plenty of vn-vp's with the vr/s front end.

i can get a hold of a bumper but what about the reo and headlights?

VY and VZ are wider than the VR.

VN and VP use the same chassis as the VR/VS so you can bolt the panels on to them with no problems.

It would be a lot of work but anything is possible, the Shape of the rear edge of the guards would not line up with the doors, VN-VS all use the same doors so again no problems doing VS front on a VN.
Would be a good challenge to panel beater to fit a full VY/VZ front end to a VR

Read the ad again mate, it's a VY bumper made to suit a VR/VS.

Then go and buy a VY/VZ.

Not only would it not work, it would be the most hideous conversion.

yeah nahh if i go that direction i will need the side skirts and such. i can get a vz front bar hopefully but possibly need the lights.

other wise i might go for a calais or ss look but then again there too common.
