Default Vr runs fine when its cold but when it gets warm...

Over the past two weeks my V6 vr commodore starts to cough and splutter when I accelerate, but it only seems to be when it is warm. Runs fine when the engines cool. Any Ideas on what it could be? TIA

did the error code and all is fine. took it for a drive to get it warm and retested, error code is still 12. What sensor would it be? Could it be dirty injectors?

No, nothing leaking from injectors, changed fuel filter but it has made no difference. the diagnosis keeps coming back as ok I have checked it quite a few times. Think I might just take it to the mechanic but if anyone has any other suggestions they would be welcome

i had a lead touching an extractor which would cause a cylinder not too fire sometimes , it looked fine but when i pulled on it its broke into pieces.... so check the leads, plugs and coils is my guess.
