Default Code 36 - Vacuum Leak Vr SS

Ok installed new throttle body, etc working fine UNTIL i go over 3k revs, then engine light comes on, then turns off again when i go back to normal idle, checked error codes etc and came up with this, the car drives rough afterwards through gear changes, won't select 3rd or OD.

Turn the car off and start up again and drives perfect UNTIL i floor it again.

Just need an idea where the "vacuum hoses" are i guess heh.

    Thanks

Did you re-connect all the vacuum lines to the throttle body ? and the 2 wiring plugs?

Sorry took so long to reply yeah they seem fine, if i spray some "start ya bastard" on the throttle body around the hoses etc, i should be able to notice if they are actually sucking air?
