vr starting realy rough

hey all, most mornings or just when it wants to it will start really rough like it's got a huge huge cam which it doesn't and sometimes bit of black smoke but put foot on accelerator a little bit then after about 10 seconds it idles nice, doesn't always start like this sometimes fires sweet eveytime, anyone help, oh it's a vr series 2 v6 auto

Black smoke is excess fuel being burned off.Id be checking for a leaking fuel injector.It will also make it run rough for a few seconds after startup until the cylinder clears itself and starts firing properly.
