CAI into 94 VR Exec?

Hi there all!
Total noob to all this holden stuff. Just picked up a 94 VR Exec with 155K for $6.500..... immaculate. Well, I was happy with it. So I'm going thru the forum and wondering if it's possible to do a CAI fit into the VR and any ideas on what kinda prices / improvements afterwards. Cheers all and nice to meet some like minded "tiger drivers"

Hey Man, just go to holden and ask for a VS Super charged CAI. It will bolt straight on , just need to drill a few holes in the radiator shroud and cut the bottom end of your box to suit the new extension from the CAI. TAKES NO TIME AT ALL.
Prob good to get a better air filter too.
CAI is about 80 bucks from holden dealer.

VS II S/C CAI + Performace air filer (K&N, Redline, BMC etc) should gain between 5 - 7kw. It's a worthwhile mod as you'll increase performace and have better fuel economy provided you don't thrash it, if you do economy will be worse (more air = more fuel).

as we have no dealers where I am. Fitted easy but I just have double sided tape holding it in place for now as I wanted to make sure it wasn't rubbing anything before drilling mounts.
