converting a vs v6 ecotec motor into my vr commodore

Hi, having trouble with vs v6 ecotec motor into my vr commodore, engine came complete with wiring harness and computer, I have wired it the way I think it should be , have spark and fuel pressure but the motor will not start, any one tried this conversion please help, steve.

vs ecu wont let the engine run when plugged into a vr need a tune with no security in it or she will just crank and spark. no fuel will be injected
