vs aftermarket upgrades

i got my lukeys performance headers put in my vs today first the bloke said they dont fit but he could adjust
them to make it fit. finally 2 days later he said there done. then i bought a CAI kit from holden and gave it
to the same bloke to install. now today when picking it up and driving home soo much white smoke came
out from the back is this normal? and overall with the cars performance its just got a bit more grunt from the exhaust note is that all i should be expecting from my upgrades?

anyone got anymore ideas on upgrades?

i wouldnt expect a v8 supercar for preformance the mods you did would make you think you have big power.

you needs a tune and more mods before you can even think about power

list what you have done so far and someone might be able to suggest more upgrades.

yeah i wasnt expecting that lol all ive done to the car is 2.5i cat back exhaust system (red back) the lukeys performance headers and a cold air intake. what can i do for more performance? im on my ps butt owell

First thing I'm doing with my commodore, before any performance mods, is getting a manual conversion.

Then I'll go CAI, Extractors, 2.5" cat, then finally a memcal chip.

Minimal economy loss and a bit of power in there too.

or just just get a stage 2 or 3 shift kit with a corvertte 1-2 servo for it instead of the manual conversion. will go just as hard but will be cheaper and easier to do. its what im doing. got a transgo stage 2 kit, corvette 1-2 servo and a couple of other minor tranmission goodies for $290, postage included
