Left hand side high beam keeps blowing

Have a problem on a VR of the LHS high beam only lasting a few days to a wekk.

Anybody got a clue on what the problem might be. I am not an electrical genius.

check the headlight plug, make sure there isnt any corrosion on the pins. also when u put the new globe in make sure you aren't touching the glass part of the globe.

All clear on the corrosion. Try again without touching the glass. See what happens and thanks.

Been thinking of replacing the relay as the rhs did go to at one stage.

Also check the earth lead to the bulb - it's the black one. Check where it earths to the body hasn't corroded.

Do not touch the globe glass as the finger prints can cause it to overheat.
