i and going to try put in the foot spaces of the car, red neon lights, dont think my first gen vs has the ports to put it in so if anyone knows how its done let me know please

Double sided tape to under the dash, wire them up to either +, acc, on, or lights (take your pick) and put in a switch so the cops can't bust you for it.
