Default 02 sensor on vs ute

i read alot about changing the 02 sensor on cars to improve fuel consumption, now my vs 5L ute only does about 300 kms maybe bit more on long trips and its only got 120000kms on it

its a Ute but sort of have no idea were it is located, so if someone ahs a link or such to where it is (pictures or explained) would be grateful

    Cheers

    Hi Grant.

I've got the 3.8ltr VS III ute, but I shall get a photo for you as I have to get under the car this morning.

    Hi Grant.

Got 2 photos here for you.

Only found the one sensor, not sure if there is meant to be 2. And it is a 4-wire sensor as well.

It hides right behind the steering arm on the drivers side.

304`s from memory only have one while the ecotecs have 2 , people say they can crap out after 80k or so kms.
either way i have an ecotec and they are located near where the manifold pipes join the y piece. ( after market extractors in my case so it may be in a different spot , i dunno)
u better ask a 304 owner though because i have no idea about that setup haha.

I found it right behind the steering arm, where the extractors come down. But then again, it might be different with yours being a V8.
