Default VS - Replaced Bulb, AC Fan not working

Okay, long story short, just bought a VS commodore wagon, I went to replace a bulb on the AC control which was blown, the bulb holder had pushed into the AC control unit.

I Looked up some instruction and removed the control unit from the dash (removed the heater control rod etc). When I put it all back together, I tried the AC but it was making a sucking sound (yep, the vacuum hoses at the back).

So I pulled it out again to give it another go, suddenly the fan control won't work. Won't work on 1,2,3 or 4.

Help? I'm a total noob at this stuff. If no one can offer me advice on how to fix it, can you recommend who I should take it to? Auto Electrician? Mechanic?

Don't panic bro, have you checked the simple stuff like the fuse? Was the fan working before you pulled the control unit apart? And are you sure that you reconnected the electrical fittings properly?

Anyway, the only thing thats not right now is I can't select where the air goes.. it's stuck on front window.. any idea? I've checked and double checked the vacuum tubes..

Note, you can only change the blowing position with the engine running.
