yeh they do i have vx ss seats in my vs ute.

i also cut all the material from vx door trim and wrapped it around my vs door trim.

i have the seats on the standard vn-vs seat rails

Theres a how to in the how to section about doing the seats. Ive also changed the rails on my VX seats but you can make up a adapter that will use the VX rails and then you can wire up the electrics on it
