Default how do i remove a threaded bolt?

one of the 10mm Allen key bolts holding the wheel hub to the axle has been threaded (and one snapped) on my VR project car, anyone have any suggestions on how i can remove these two bolts and continue on?

drill the whole thing out, say if it's a 10mm thread use a 10.5mm bit.. then tap a new thread and pick up some new m12 bolts

You can also buy a set of "easyouts".You just drill a small hole down the centre of the snapped off bolt, and screw an easyout into it.The easyouts have a left hand thread, so as they screw in to the drilled hole tighter, they grip onto the old snapped bolt which should then screw out as the easyout is tightened.Just watch out for the cheaper brands of easyouts. Some can snap off easily.
