Vs Bcm questions
Hey guys,
Just wondering what issues id run into if i replaced a vs exec bcm with a calais *bcm, im lookin at installin pwr windows and i need new key remotes so its cheaper to get a secondhand bcm with keys and it will give me auto down drivers side power window . So will it throw errors or be fine ?
Some say less talk more action. But I rekon more torque less traction!
Real cars are steel cars.
Exec/ Acclaim BCM has two plugs, Berlina/ Calais has four plugs.
Pinouts are different.
Headlamp switch/ circuit is different.
Rear demister switch/ circuit is different
Wiper switch/ circuit is different
Heater controls are completely different. Exec does not have electronic climate control. Heater box is different.
Get a exec BCM that has power window control (mid spec)
