cleaning manifold, TB and radiator.

Firstly need i say, it is a bitch removing the manifold.

The car this came off is my project 94 VR Acclaim. Im trying to bring it back to life and maybe throw some serious power at this motor.

MY plan is to take the manifold and throttle body in to work and get it diesel bathed. The next step is to look at the head. My Question is, how do i go about cleaning the rockers and head itself, is it possible to remove each bank of rockers as a whole and clean them or must they be removed seperatley.
