fixing error codes 34 an 45????

just done error code check result was code 34, manifold absolute pressure senser(map) low voltage and code 45 oxygen senser rich (o2) how do i fix these?????

Start by clearing the error codes.You do this by disconnecting the battery for a minute or two.Then drive it for 15 -20 minutes and see if they come back.If they come back, start by checking the wiring and the connectors to the sensors.If the wiring etc all seems to be ok,replace the sensor,they do wear out, just like any other part.

as in my other post im having issues with the car, in the last 2days ive changed the throttle body, map senser, coil pack and the ecu,
