Post 97 Calais vs 3.6 boot leaking

Big prob with the boot leaking; getting in from somewhere and not just isolated to a particular area ie water in the wheel well plus in centre, right & left of the boot floor [not as bad as the wheel well as water obviously collecting there]. Rubber boot seals seem okay and cannot see any rust on welds...; Heeeelp, please.

I had a VN and the leak ended up being the rear 1/4 windows behind the back doors. I took them out, cleaned them up and resealed them using a non hardening windscreen sealant and no more leak.
Other than that tail light's are there rubber washers to seal where they attach and is the seal on the wiring loom OK?
I'd say it's most likely to be your rear 1/4 windows. You have to remove the rear seat, seat belts and the trim to get them out. Seat is easy just put your hand down between the bottom and back and pull the bottom up back first, the way they mention in the manual idoesn't work that well.

99% its the rear quarter windows... happens to most vr-vs commodores over time. take them out.. buy some windscreen sealer from supercheap, reseal them, fit back together and should be sweet
check this out How To Fix A VN-VS Boot Water Leak

if its not that then its the taillight seals.

My VS leaked water in behind the tail lights. The seals were cracked and broken..Also the VS V6 is a 3.8 litre engine, not 3.6.

mine was leaking through right quarter panel window
took em both out and cleaned em up and sealed them back up with windscreen sealant
    no more leaks

just take all carpet out and pour a bottle of water over each one and see if it leaks into the boot
