Cheap Springs...

I can only get my car lowered 30mm thanks to my absolutly wondering insurance company... gotta love em....so i was wondering where i could get this done at the cheapest cost....

Also what would happen if :
A: i got it lowered too much? what would my insuance company do?
B: what would happen in the case of an accident...would they even be aware that its too low?

Depends on the insurance company policie the worst case I have heard of is that they can null & void your insurance leaving you to pay everything yourself. But some will just decrease the value of the car.

If you don't want to have trouble when you need to claim stick to there policie to be safe and get you maxium pay out figure.

I guess like anything it would depend on the company, my company didn't even see the vehicle b4 they paid out, photos and a report from repairer were enough, that wasn't for a write off tho.

Getting my vs lowered 30mm also and it's going to cost me $100 for the springs and $130 for boge shortened rear shocks ( front ones don't really need to be replaced ) plus $70 to be installed. So your looking around $300 cheapest I could find.

That really is very cheap!

Cost will depend on whether you have IRS and thus whether you debatably need a camber correction kit.

Either way, i got the best deal i could find around eastern melbourne, which was under $600 for springs and camber kit installed. Most places were a fair bit more, especially Pedder's. They quoted me about $1k for the lot!!!

New shockers probably aren't needed unless you go lower than 30mm.

Hey Razel. If You Live Around Melbourne The Place Is In Flemington And It's Called Gts Suspension. Im Not Sure What Brand Springs But The Shocks Are Called Boge Shocks There Used In Bmws And Other German Cars. I Still Havent Got My Car Done Yet But That Was The Quote They Gave Me.
