Default VS Commodore Headlight and indicator Removal? How To?

    Hi there,
I'm replacing my headlights and indicators with a new set. Never changed these before and i'm wondering if i've gotta remove the front bumper to change them. I can't see any obvious way to take them out.

Can someone guide me in the right direction!

    Cheers!

Try investing in a manual. It helps a lot.
But yes, you do have to remove the front bumper.
Best to have a mate help you so you dont damage the bumper too much and he can help install/remove bumper.
Remove the 2 screws off the bumper that holds the wheel arch plastic on.
There are 2 bolts on the side that are 10mm I think. You have to be under the front of the car to see them. Kinda annoying to get to but helps if the wheel arch plastic is moved away from the bumper a bit.
The 10mm bolt that holds the corner of the bumper needs to be removed as well.
    Remove the front number plate.
Then take out the 2 bolts behind it.
Hit the back of the bumper (Where the wheel arch sites) towards the front of the car which will take it off the guides.
I think that is all that removes the bumper.
Then there are 2 bolts under the headlight, remove those and the 2 on top.
    Take out headlight/indicator wires.
    Remove headlight.
    Thats basically it.
    Then do reverse for install.
Just make sure you put the bumper back onto the guides.

Thanks very much Wombles. that's greatly appreciated. Might have to get it onto the ramps shortly and try it like there. Might be a bit easier to get under it like that.

    Cheers Mate!
