vibration when in gear

G'day all,

I've got a problem with my ute vibrating when in Reverse and Drive, when it's in neutral or park it doesn't vibrate as much but I can still feel it slighty. This only started after I put extractors on, I also took the throttle body and gave it clean aswell.

Any idea's what It could be? I was thinking it could spark plugs or leads or something to do with throttle body.

Is it a vibration or a rough idle?

maybe the engines moving and the bigger extractors are touching the body somewhere?

Mine shakes the exhaust heaps more in gear, as the power from the engine shifts. Nothing to worry about.
