Cheers Deneo.

Diesel and a paint brush.
change your oil every 5000km and this wont ever be an issue. its going to be a prick to clean.
Only had the car for a few months, If i was the owner since it was released it wouldn't look like this lol.
I got most of it off brushing lightly with a peice pf coathanger will go over it with diesel in the morning.
There looks to be half a tiny gasket in the sump. Don't know if it's spun a bearing in the past and been repaired or what :S
Thanks Deneo.
ring an engine reco place and see if you can acid dip it. thats the best way to clean it.

yeah, Cleaned it with a few liters of diesel, Alot of shit in the pick up and sump! All back together now, Get the verdict when i get a sump plug washer tomorrow! only thing that's not in. What a mission it was though!!
This happened to my v6 it was getting 10,000k oil changers for 10yrs. with Magnatic shit oil.
Another guy I know had the same trouble with Magnatic oil.
After it was put back together I did a couple of 2500k oil changes and filters.
I cut open the filters to have a look and there was little balls of crap inside not a lot.
Now my oil is pretty clean at change time.
Cost a bit to do but cheaper that a seized motor.
Good luck with it mate.

A mate I know had a air line connector brazed onto an old oil filter. Every time before he changed the oil, he would remove the old filter and replace it with his modified one, then connect the air set at 60PSI and give it a good blast. He reckoned the backflowed the pickup and stirred all the hot oil in the sump up...also blew all the old oil from the gallerys/lines. The then drained the oil and primed the new filter with fresh oil before filling the sump and starting the car. More than one way to skin a cat.
