    Default Vs-vt brake upgrade

Has anyone upgraded their VS to the VT twin piston calipers and if so who did they buy them through? Am looking at an ebayer called "MR SPARES" from VIC who is selling them for around $500 with slotted rotors. And if anyone can advise me from experience or know of a solid sydney operator to purchase upgrade through would be a big help.

I found another ebayer that just sells recon'd VT twin-pot callipers for around $175. Might be the cheaper option to just buy those, get some brake pads, and bolt them up to your VS. I've been thinking of going that way myself. Might be cheaper than paying for stuff you might not need.

    Regards!

....and you need to change the master cylinder and make some mods to make it fit onto the VS plastic booster.

Agreed, some people have posted on here about the problems theyve had after changing to VT calipers on their VS.The brake pedal ends up having to much travel and goes half way to the floor.Apparently the only way to fix it is to fit the VT master cylinder and brake booster along with the calipers.

The other way is to fit the VE calipers, which have smaller pistons, and work very well with pre-VT master cylinders. We've got full kits available here:
