G'day guys
after a bit of advice here. I changed my exhaust over this weekend as the old one was pretty much falling off. I noticed I also had a cracked exhaust manifold so I bit the bullet and changed the old manifolds over with pacemakers.
All went on without a problem, but now when trying the restart the car it coughs and splutters and stalls....
I pulled the exhaust off saturday and left it off saturday night as i ran out of daylight... and fitted the new one sunday (today) and i did notice a funny little pool of what looked like oil on the ground under the o2 sensor ( which i didn't replace) and left hanging over night.
when the car coughs and splutters it smells bloody rich... possibly the reason it's stalling?? could anyone shead some light on my problem... can' exactly drive it to a mechanic. Could a fault o2 sensor cause the car not to start????
cheers guys any help would be appreciated,
my other thought is maybe I've rooted up the firing order when I put the leads back on....
can someone tell me the order they should to in just to confirm they're ok or not....the number on the coil pack realating the the cyl... eg. #1 RHS back 1st cyl closest to the fire wall
cheers
no 1 cyl is passengers side front
6,5
4,3
2,1

I'd say you have your firing order incorrect if you think No 1 is RHR.
