Wiring up electric caprice seats

Hey all,

Anyone know what is needed to wire up caprice seats to an ss?

If i get the seat loom does that just connect to power? (i really hope it does!)

yeah mate just hook up the red ones to positive and the black to negative on the drivers side and the loom goes over the trans tunnel to the passenger seat. thats all you will need.

Yeah, Have fun getting the Loom through, I had plenty of fun. But as Haydz said just red on red and black on black, i used thicker guaged Sony Speaker wire. Make sure you get the Loom though.

i've put calais seats in my vx, all i did was the same as above, bought a plug and some wire, and just joined red to red and black to black on the drivers loom, works great :-)

does the loom connect straight to power? does it need to go through a fuse?

basically my understanding is that the loom plugs into the passenger seat via the drivers seat then straight to power? correct?
