So I have to replace my cradle. Anyone got any tips to help me out if they've done it? Where should I jack it up from and put jack stands, as I usually jack up from the diff, and put stands under some part of the IRS assembly.
Also, I've been told I should replace the cradle bushes with some nolathane bushes. Should I do this, and what are these normally worth?

the last time i had to remove the rear end assembly i had the VS on a hoist, but it can be done on stands you just have limited room to move and jiggle things about.
place your stands just infront of the IRS arm where it pivots, theres a good flat jack location. rubber vs nolathane in the rear end, i have no idea, dont really know how it'll feel with i just went rubber again. i know that generally rubber lasts.
if you have some spare crapy rims around they make good stable stands that will give you heaps more room to work under there.
